I would have rated the meal three stars if the fries had been better, but they were soggy. This is especially disappointing when even Arby’s offers crispier and tastier fries. It's unfortunate, especially since this is a chain that’s supposed to be reputable. Perhaps they need to reassess their food quality and make some changes. View all feedback.
