"Nice to find a vegan cafe in a small village on the IOW. Had the special schezuan wings, 4 wings with chips and a tiny bit of slaw. Very tasty but could have had more slaw and or salad for 12."

"Lovely restaurant with a pretty garden at the rear. Great menu choice the food was above and beyond it was delicious hence returning for another meal !!The service was fantastic and very attentive. Definitely recommend, Godshill is such a quaint beautiful village."

"Omg. What an amazing lunch. Can’t fault anything The food was absolutely fantastic, wine was great and the ambience and team there were brilliant We had a beef Sunday lunch not like anything we’d had before!!! "Absolutely love this place. We’ve started visiting this area over the last few months and The Paddle has become our favourite for brunch. (I keep meaning to put a review on trip advisor since our first visit). So much nicer than other places locally (Cliffhanger down the road has nicer views but the food and service here is so much better v busy with local people rather than passing tourists). The menu is interesting and there’s a shabby chic vibe. With the decor. The food though is so good. Very filling and very good quality. They do everything from a cooked breakfast to more contemporary things like smashed avocado on toast etc. nothing too much trouble and cater to gluten free etc. The staff service is faultless. Would advise to book as this place gets very busy. Coffee and smoothies are really delicious. Doggie friendly."
