What User likes about Rally's:
Great prices food. I prefer real milk to be used in the ice cream. However, this location used ice milk. I will never order ice cream at this location again. Only the Rallys here in Fresno on 1st. Bullard uses real milk. It makes a big difference! View all feedback.
