My friend and I tried this restaurant pre-COVID and had a pretty underwhelming experience. We gave it another chance a few weeks ago and were completely blown away with the significant improvements with food, customer service and overall dining experience. Miso soup was ok. You can taste the flavor and the saltiness of the soup. The noodle wasn’t as soft as I would have liked it. A part of the noodle was still stuck in a clump.
