as a former employee of the kniebishöhe, I must say that for me there are the most grounded and friendly cooks I have ever had. silk dani pay attention to everything neat and clean to use. dani buys all products regional and cook really suuuper delicious menus. in itself the hotel is beautifully decorated and the hired very nice. I found irritating that the owner can only talk to “Chefin” from her hired. the cook is good but the menu with carving and burger still lower level, although the prices are very tasty for these snack dishes.
