Ive never been to this Starbucks during morning rush so after seeing the mixed reviews here, decided to give it a shot. I had a longer than usual wait time before my order, but once I was at the speaker I was very politely spoken to and given good customer service today. What Naomi Merrick doesn't like about Starbucks Coffee:
I was really upset when I went here today. I ordered a caramel ribbon crunch frappuccino no whip on top and an extra shot. I got no whip cream at all and than when they added the whip on there bottom it was lime half the cup, so I didn't get the amount of coffee or extra shot I paid for. I was not pleased! In store Starbucks. The coffee is ok, the staff were a little rushed, but friendly. Starbucks prices otoh mean that i don't stop often any more.
