What Nicola Smith doesn't like about El Mirador:
Asked for a really really well done fillet steak, I repeated over and over no pink or red yet it came out pink and undercooked inside. It was a lovely steak apart from that and I ate the bits I could that were not pink. I’m going back with my sister next week and this time if my steak isn’t cooked right I’m going to send it back, lovely staff though and was a shame cos could have been a lovely meal.
