One of my favorite DFW sushi hibachi restaurants! the sushi and sashimi are always fresh and the hibachi chefs will make anything you want whether it's on the menu or not! The restaurant was overbooked by 200%, we waited for 45 minutes to serve and when the Hibachi cook came over, he sweated profusely l! His sweat dripping into every food. He was not able to get everyone's order right or cut food at all. We thought they were so overwhelmed that they pulled him from behind and let him cook Hibachi.
