We were often in Plano location, our first in this Frisco. Food was decent, service okay. It took 10 minutes until the robot supplied water while the server would only have brought it to us instead of waiting for an available robot. Tempura shrimps in steamy bowl in Udon soup, soggy batter. Not ideal. We ate enough to get free gift. I have the ones we wanted. Yay! View all feedback.
