"Stopped their for lunch , we haven't ate their for a year . Always good food . This time I was disappointed ,had the fish basket , was so oily I had to constantly wipe my hands . I was very disappointed . My milkshake was the best ever . Perhaps they prepared the fish before the oil was the proper temp. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch"

"Look, this is not a Michelin star restaurant... it doesn't need to be. What it is is a grocery store with an inside meat market and restaurant . The restaurant is what we came for... hole in the wall style cooking.... Real Mexican food. The flautas: they were just right and the fixings on top were delicious. The mojarra was a crispy fish that had the right flavor. The quesadillas are not greasy at all and have A LOT of meat inside Everyone was satisfied and beyond full."

"I was looking for a non chain restaurant to stop and grab some lunch as I was passing through town and came upon this Restaurant. From the time I walked through the doors until I left the service was fantastic. I sat alone at the counter I was immediately greeted, introduced to the specials, given some time to review the menu. Upon ordering I was offered a complimentary cup of lentil bean soup which I accepted and was absolutely delicious. I had the tuna melt offered on the specials menu with cole slaw and my entire meal came just as ordered and was very good. I will definitely stop next time I am in Lake Wales."

"The lady before me when I got her huh when I ordered my food. So she comes back with her huh and asks for a refund. I asked her what was wrong, she said it was corrupt, and she told them it was corrupt. I was skeptical about my huh. well, I went ahead and decided not to cancel my order. Well, I came home and in my hunch it was spoiled. I had to take it back. I asked them why they would still serve this guy when the lady told them it was bad. I was told that my huh was another charge. no excuse or nothing. this place used to have good food, no more."
