An employee who assaults two children in less than 10 minutes. And their moms. The first child had simply touched a bunny ball. She has no right to attack the child but must remain pro. Moms reminded her of their young age (3 years) and she doesn't have to do that. The lady clearly said that the children were poorly raised, that they were king children.
