First visited Pata Rusa 7 years ago not long after they opened. The food was good and the hosts welcoming. Now, 7 years later, I still go and see them. Elena and Oscar have become good friends. Food now is excellent and the atmosphere warm...and comfortable they are like family. My next visit will be in a couple of weeks time Christmas lunch. This place is disgusting. We were the only people in there. There were no fish in the fish display unit so we did not order fish. We ordered steak which was full of sinews, old mushrooms and frozen chips. It took ages to arrive. The...chef turned up the volume on the tv so that he could hear it in the kitchen. It was blasting.
