"The hbh brewhouse is located in the old town of fulda and is connected to the hotel arte. the environment along the large window front leads through the hotel entrance to the Hohmanns brewhouse. it's not rustic here. bright chairs and tables and a modern slimming system with copper pipes. on the tables a vase with a small rose as well as salt and pepper mill. if required, a tea light is ignited. the walls are decorated with brown house-typical wall paintings and sprinks. two copper-needle boilers, one piece of solid bottom and five drawer beams serve as separation. a pleasant atmosphere around the boiler does not want to show up here. in the ground floor is for approx. 100 people and in the smoking area for up to 80 pers. groups are welcome here. the toilets are unfortunately in the cellar. they can go through the braukeller smoker room to the toilets. service qualified service staff attentive and friendly. it was asked if everything was in order. Eat is pampered with steaks on Sunday – in the offer in all variations and with well maintained beer culture. regionality and good-bourgeois has the advantage in this kitchen. we decided to make a rumpsteak in pepper sauce with roast potatoes 12,90€ and for the brewhouse noodles 8,90 €. the meat was tender and fried at the place, the bratkartoffeln came out of the pan beautiful pink and inside soft with small spices and swirl. the pepper sauce with light pepper taste and also the band noodles with leaf spinat, fresh tomato and champignons in a light cream sauce with a hauch garlauch were good. unfortunately no traditional brownsock, with shy tables in a rustically designed brewhouse"
