Placed an order for a medium hot latte and a pastry. 10 minutes later I ask, for my coffee and someone says, oh the machine is cleaning....blah blah blah. Told them keep the coffee and I would never come back. Went across the street to ? bucks and got mycoffee in about 5 minutes. View all feedback.
