"I always enjoyed Tropical Café but lately they are gradually making a few changes that make them seem a bit careless. Recently I ordered a Capris Sandwich with a side of Corn with Jalapenos. The Sandwich was a bit cold and the Corn with Jalapenos was hot, wrap in saran wrap. The wrap was sticky, caved in and it surely did not look very hygienic. I brought it to their attention and was told, this is how the owner wants it. A similar situation happen when I order a smoothie, I asked for a ¼ tsp of sugar in it and they wanted to charge for the sugar which historically they never charged. I guess when someone gets very sick they will be more careful with hygiene and presentation."

"I ordered the app, super easy. I let them know I'm inside to wait for my orders. Let me tell you what many great people work together so well. It was super busy. Also Oysterfest weekend. I concentrated on the one person who took the pizza or whatever came out of the oven and boxed it all. What a technique, I was so impressed. He remained so concentrated and amazing to observe. And both orders were delicious. Thank you. David, you should be so proud."
