Great restaurant and excellent service. reasonable prices, great, fresh food, friendly service and fantastic view to boot. it's hard to come, but it's hard to come. we ordered thunfish and black shyfish. both were excellent. super fresh. our waiter spoke excellent English and was very helpful. recommended for lunch or dinner.

One of the best experiences in a restaurant I had. I plan to propose my friend and the owner had gone up and beyond to make it for me. eating flowers on the tables and music, the service had felt like celebrity. they brought me up and had balloons and flowers with a view of all funchal. what an amazing experience I never had before was my girlfriend/friend blown away like me. Many thanks for making the day so special. without the help of the restaurant it would not have been even close. Thank you. with the best restaurant in funchal and best restaurant / service I have been living in. highly recommended.

Fabulous eating and wonderful location. here unexpectedly when alta vista was closed over the road. this place looked a little more chic than our usual decisions, but we ended up with our meal. we had a window seat with a fantastic view over funchal. friendly and very helpful waiter who gave us good tips what to get. my least favorite was the fish and seafood soup, but the thunfish was fantastic and the espetada (madeira traditional spits) was phenomenal. the meat was perfectly cubed and cooked and simply melted in our mouth (for med rarely sown). after tough and high meat dishes in the last night elsewhere, we loved this meal. at 45eur for 2 netzen, a starter, one dessert and two large bottle water, we found the prices appropriate for the quality of food and the location. the meal was so good that we want to go back in funchal for our last night.

Great restaurant with friendly staff and good food. the view of funchal is fantastic! try the meat from the many.

Food cooked till perfection. Unique grilled salmon. Lamb chop, so tender I could just gently pull the bone out. The meat melts on your tongue. Staff is very friendly. I didn't even mention the view yet. Watching not just Funchal, but the ocean and the ever changing scenery of clouds building and moving is breathtaking. Ask the staff if you can go up to the sunroof!
