I just popped in for a beer… and stayed for three as they were so nice and cold and the service was wonderful!! Honestly, I found it a bit pricey for cocktails but the ambience is fantastic so it made it worth it. I had already had dinner so didn’t eat, but everything coming out around me smelled wonderful and was being enjoyed by other diners. View all feedback.

not very friendly got shouted at because I forgot to put my mask on by who assume was head waiter , after putting my mask on i asked him if he wanted to see our covid pass which all restaurants bars etc are suppose to check but was told he was not interested in that! So it seems you allowed in with covid! but don't get up with out your mask or you will be shouted at, apart from that it is a lovely pub with good food. View all feedback.
After 13 days of vacation on Madeira, this is one of the nicest places I've been to, with the sweetest, most charming service I've met all over the island. Excellent dished at great prices. A very good poncha. Stunning desserts. Interesting beers and cheap, fantastic cocktails. This is way more than just a pub, it's a super cozy, lovely place you wanna spend your first and last evening of your vacation in.
Extremely friendly staff the steak strips we had were extremely tender,not had steak that good for a very long time!
We visited The Prince Albert twice. A nice old pub located on a corner plot with good food and drinks. They also show sports when they're on.
Bar as a typical pub style that could be an option if you are wishing just for a drink or even some food or a snack meanwhile.
Last time we were there, they forgot/lost our order, so had a 45 minute wait for food. But usually it's pretty good.
