Kumo Sushi - Fuquay-Varina

I ate here tonight (New Years Eve) and was pleasantly surprised. The place had a quiet business, but we didn't have to wait for a table. The first good sign: they served Pepsi. Second good sign: They served Gyoza (pumps), Yakisoba (fried LoMein) and Tonkatsu (Hähnchen-Schnell). After living in Mainland Japan, I want to eat authentic Japanese food. We ordered the Calamari and the Gyoza. The gyoza was crisp without being fat. The Calamari was like wonderful mini onion rings. They were a bit on the elevated side, but still tasty. The sushi was presented so beautiful and the service was very fast.

Great sushi place in Fuquay! Seaweed salad is delicious! I tried the Salmon Lover Roll and Spicy Girl Roll. Great food, good service. I'll be back!

We enjoyed the sushi for two love boat that was extremely filled. I found the sushi to a fantastic taste and temperature while my fist said that it could have been colder but still very tasty. We actually had that they gave it to us in the Brew pub behind them very nice to them.

Excellent place to get sushi and hibachi! Our favorite go-to! Only wish that the online ordering worked as it is more convenient for us and ensures more accuracy when ordering!

I've been here a ton of times, and the food is always great. Definitely recommend trying it.
