Hi the lady Maria at the assistant manager was very effective and efficient in making sandwiches she also a very nice person with great customer service skills... love her. I was annoyed and thought never to eat on the subway again and I have the same sub since 1995! I visited this subway not long ago and sadly it was one of the WORST EXPERIENCES ive encountered. And it hurts because this is my local subway and l will GLADLY go out of my way to NEVER return here. The short rude young lady has the personality of apaper clip wth no customer service attributes.
