I was unpleasantly surprised when we entered the restaurant for the first time because local Cozido das Furnas must be order 24 hours ago but then it made sense for me and we were finally happy that we could enjoy the meal the other day nicely dressed. The feeling at this restaurant is that they have higher ambitions than the average restaurant at this island. Partly they live up to this especially service-wise but when we did visit it took really long time for us to get our food and neither the fish, the meat or the sallad did live up to our expectations based on the price.
