Across from Praterstern Station on the corner of Praterstrasse, this is a place for traditional Austrian fare. We had the Tafelspitzel and a pork schnitzel. I thought the beef was rather a small portion, tasty and accompanied with sauces and a good portion of potato hash (15 euros). The schnitzel was a good size and came with a very good cold potato salad (10 euros). Good beer selection.Waiter was very nice, but also... View all feedback.
What Duarte Carneiro doesn't like about Gasthaus Hansy:
View all feedback.

Like many places in Vienna, has both smoking and non-smoking areas. Seated in the latter had no problems with those in the former.
