What Donna Marie Gillie doesn't like about Billow:
Atmosphere was cool. The staff who were downstairs at the brasserie were lovely. However I can’t say the same for the waitress working the Billow bar. She was very abrupt and direct about menu choices all around not that friendly. The cook upstairs was very nice though and pulled pork sandwich was delish, the baked beans were very spicy View all feedback.
Best hidden gem in Halifax! Delicious cocktails, full sun and chill atmosphere. Great spot for a date or just to get away from the bustle of the city.
