I have always loved bdubs. This particular location has been a family favorite since it opened. The past two times i have taken out of town friends to this location, the service has been incredibly poor. Everyone is very nice, that isn’t the problem. Took 20 min for a server to come to my table. And I wasn't alone. Several people gave up and left b/c they couldn't get service.
