The food is great. Wish I could have got some. Tried to walk in at 8:50pm (when the hours online and on their door say they close at 9:00pm) and the doors were locked, lights were off, and the employees were cleaning up. I yanked on the door and the employee looked straight at me and walked away. "Overall I was disappointed with what I received. I have been going to CS for years after stop going to Marble Slab. And this was the absolute first time I had to search for my mix-ins! 3 gummy bears, 2 pineapples, and enough coconuts to choke an Elephant does not bring back LOYAL CUSTOMERS!!!!!! I understand that supply maybe stretched right now but be transparent and say so. To give the impression to your consumers that you can meet their expectations and not follow through is disrespectful and misleading. I paid extra for my additional mix- ins and did not receive the quantity of that request at all! Never Again, this time this isn't a DD issue this is definitely a Merchant not standing behind their brands level of Customer Service."
