This is my first experience at this location. Every experience I 've had has always been great at the Hill Rd location and I expected no less from here. Everything with my order was fine EXCEPT my 10oz salmon was burnt, bitter and dry. It was so burnt I actually double checked that the menu item wasn 't blackened salmon. "Overall I was disappointed with what I received. I have been going to CS for years after stop going to Marble Slab. And this was the absolute first time I had to search for my mix-ins! 3 gummy bears, 2 pineapples, and enough coconuts to choke an Elephant does not bring back LOYAL CUSTOMERS!!!!!! I understand that supply maybe stretched right now but be transparent and say so. To give the impression to your consumers that you can meet their expectations and not follow through is disrespectful and misleading. I paid extra for my additional mix- ins and did not receive the quantity of that request at all! Never Again, this time this isn't a DD issue this is definitely a Merchant not standing behind their brands level of Customer Service."
