"This place is so good!! We had burgers and onion rings. Delicious!!! We had been here once before and just had thier pies.We got pies to go of course because they are THE BOMB!Super friendly employees as well. Will definitely be a road trip stop for now on."

"Sometimes you're voting for the crowd. Yeah, there was a lot of food. A large amount of food from many species. But the quality was missing. Most foods were Blande, almost everything was overcooked soggy, dry, etc... Pasta dishes were muddy, chicken dishes, especially chicken piccata, were almost hard to swallow because the chicken was so dry. No lemon, no capers in the Piccata. Chinese veggie stir fry is not a bag of frozen mixed vegetables, boiled, and then thrown on a plate. I think the Chinese section could have been the most disappointing as nothing tasted as if you were expecting from a Chinese buffet. All flavors were out, the vegetables weren't right (corns? BUT! They had a Phobar that looked interesting, but none of us tried. The cold food expanded better tuna salad was somewhat similar to home, giant heap of peeling"

"Easily 5 stars. The Patio Downtown takes pride in their food! Ricky absolutely kills it in the kitchen and makes everything homemade. I suggest trying the salsa, wings, and pizza. I love food and this is seriously great food. Laura handles the front of the house flawlessly and provides excellent service. If you pass through or live in Gainesville the Patio Downtown should be your priority. Great job you two and great restaurant!"
