It's been a few years since my last visit. Have always enjoyed their prime ribs. This outing I tried the Aussie style prime rib. It was cooked as requested. The taste was unique and flavorful. The quality for the cut of meat was very disappointing. I ordered the 16 Oz. It was cut at an angle like a ski slope. Leaving to question if it was really 16 Oz.
