we ordered the rinderpho (32 oz) and a pork mi. both were far better than other restaurants we visited in gainesville. the broth was tasty (many places can be sweet,) the sweet were plentiful and crisp, and the meat for the railway mi was well marinated and had a delicious bite of char aroma. the baguette was also well roasted and soft. we also had a Thai ice cream and Vietnamese coffee both good and the coffee bette... I would say excellent Vietnamese food. Pho is not greasy they take time to make it right. Rare beef, meatball, chicken if you must, and good vegetables with it....
