What Noemy Heaney doesn't like about PHO CITY VIETNAM RESTAURANT:
this place used to be good, never was great. Recently it went in and ordered to sit. Huhn Pho was decent, average, but prices have risen and the shares have decreased. If this was my only complaint, I would have given three stars, but the waitress bordered on RUDE, moreover, was a challenge to communicate with it if very clearly spoken English. "We called ahead to check on the availability of gluten free sauces and were given inaccurate information. I misunderstood how my order was being handled (my own fault) and instead of trying to help me figure out how to fix it, the employees rudely and repeatedly pointed out that they were not to blame. Food was fine, but the only gluten free sauces are plain gf soy, sesame oil, and gochujang. Not super impressed."
