I would say I got about what I expected. A place where you can customize your pizza any which way you want at a medium price point. The pizza was solid, but I wouldn't say much stood out to me, good or bad. I've been to other establishments with the same model such as Rapid Fired Pizza and Mods and I would say they are all very similar with some minor differences not worth mentioning.I would probably come here regula... Extremely poor service. Insanely delayed wait times. Horrible communication and customer service.Our order was expected to be ready at 7:33 and at 8:00 we still had no reasonable expectation of when we would receive our food. Worst service I’ve received in a while, super rude and incompetent staff. Customer support is non-existent too.
1 star the service is ridiculous. Extremely rude staff. Placed an order, showed up 45 minutes after the pickup time and they said our pizza still was 8 pizzas behind and they wouldn’t be able to tell us by when it would be ready. We asked them to cancel the order and because they were busy they asked us to note down the name contact number on an order (which should’ve been a red flag to us) and they would process it within 5-7 business days. It’s been almost 2 weeks now and despite going to the store multiple times and sending multiple email to pizza customer service, still haven’t been able to obtain our refund. The lack of professionalism from a chain this big is honestly shocking and we probably won’t be eating at pizza again, which is unfortunate since we used to like their food. The process to obtain a refund needs to be more streamlined and customers should not have to go through such a headache to get their money back. AVOID THIS LOCATION!!!

I love visiting my daughter and family in MD! I have &Pizza at least once a visit! Wish we had one in the Florida
