"We called ahead to check on the availability of gluten free sauces and were given inaccurate information. I misunderstood how my order was being handled (my own fault) and instead of trying to help me figure out how to fix it, the employees rudely and repeatedly pointed out that they were not to blame. Food was fine, but the only gluten free sauces are plain gf soy, sesame oil, and gochujang. Not super impressed."

"I 've been to 4 or 5 different Crumbl stores and the customer service at this location is great. I 'd ordered (as a cheer up gift) online and doordash delivered cookies to the wrong address. Contacted Crumbl Rockville and cookies were delivered to the correct address the same day! Friends loved the 6 different flavors..I highly recommend Crumbl!!!"

"Slowest Chopt I?ve ever been to. Sunday evening and the two employees working can?t handle the in-house orders AND the delivery orders. I should?ve just went to Sweetgreen. There was no time update or any sort of warning of a delay. That level of inconsideration is my reason for never returning."

"Aracosia has an entire site of its menu dedicated to vegetarians. Everything vegetarian can easily be turned into vegan. Tell your waiter that you are vegan and they will use almond yogurt for the sauces. As recommended on Happy Cow, I had the vegetable platter it was phenomenal!!!"
