The atmosphere isn't great, but the service was wonderful, and the food amazing. Easily one of the best restaurants in the area, and one of the best soup places I've ever eaten. read more.

What User doesn't like about Ranken Noodle House:
Tried this place for the first time last Saturday. Wife and I got 2 cold beef udons take out. The noodles were served hot (not sure if they normally do this but cold udon should have noodles run in an ice bath) while the broth was cold, so it just resulted in a lukewarm udon. Service was also quite slow and portions were small. Don’t think I’ll be returning read more.
