"The food, the ambiance, the staff were all top notch. My wife and I thought it would be wonderful to treat ourselves after church to a wonderful meal, so we decided to head here. The wait staff were wonderful, like I said, and the meal was very delicious. Unfortunately, my children are very particular about what they eat. So bad to the point where they'll go hungry and not eat. So, while my wife and I eat, to keep the children occupied, we let them play games on our phones. While we're in public, we put the volume down very low so as not to interrupt the other patrons. That being said, during our meal a man at another table freaked out and yelled at my 5 y/o son to turn down the phone so he could enjoy his meal. He was quite belligerent and made it seem as though he were more important and better than we were. The fact was, he wasn't even eating yet. I tried to be very political about the situation but he kept on huffing and puffing. It wasn't until his wife put her arm around him that he settled down. The phone was at a low volume so as not to bother anybody, he was just being overly sensitive. Is this a good representation of the clientele you keep at your fine restaurant? I hope not, because you have wonderful food. Unfortunately, I'll not be coming back with my family until the pompous citizens of Great Falls learn to relax and accept others."

"Rude staff. Ordered food here for lunch. They were open for dining in. They placed my order for carry out without asking me. I asked for a plate and they would not give me a plate for eating in the restaurant. He said I ordered carry out and I told him I had not done so and even had left them a tip in the credit card. Last time I come to this place. Food is ok but much better Thai places in the area. Asking for a plate when they clearly made a mistake on the order is not much to ask."

"They were great in customer service when they first opened and pre-pandemic, but lately they have tightened the ropes. Once I asked that salad be added to a bowl after it was made and I noticed that it had no, but it could not be done as it was not included in this particular bowl. And I always ask for empty bowls because my little children share a bowl and I feel that they hesitate to give it to me. Today, my husband asked for another standard and was told that he would have to pay for it next time. There is a way to be strict, but still great service and a friendly attitude, but the staff here did not find out how to do this. 1/14/23: updated to 5 stars.
