We came to Melting Pot to celebrate my son's 10th birthday. Our server Lenox was great! He let us know in advance that there would be a delay in service due to a lot of large parties being present at the same time. Lenox still provided great service even though he was busy. What User doesn't like about The Melting Pot:
they looked like server that were overwhelmed with tables. the ordered items were forgotten or only really late. Perhaps this is the new reality for the restaurant business, but it takes away from the experience. the cheese, the salads and the chocolate were amazing. the main course not so much. Great place it was my first time there food was amazing service was amazing would recommend to go here
Food was excellent, waiter was very personal. Occasionally a little slow (also for a fondue meal), but our waiter seemed a little thin and was coughing to stay as timely as possible. All in all, a great experience and we will be back!
Literally the best meal I’ve eating in years! I will come back again before the month is out! The service is fantastic, the managers are wonderful and the food it beyond!
