"The lunch delivery option at this location in Bethesda wildwood MD is poorly run. ..both times I have not received my order, the lady:manager calls to apologize for their delivery service that’s offered on their Website each time I regret ordering lunch here choosing chopt delivery option."

"The staff was so friendly, the prices are quite reasonable. Many seats. I have the pastor taco and chorizo taco. Both were delicious. The meat felt only dry, but overall was good. The service was fast."

"It is always a pleasure to eat at this restaurant. From the moment you step through the door you’re treated like a special guest. The waitstaff is superb and the wine list is top notch. The food is always good and there are no bad choices. It is not inexpensive it it is a special place."

"Rude staff. Ordered food here for lunch. They were open for dining in. They placed my order for carry out without asking me. I asked for a plate and they would not give me a plate for eating in the restaurant. He said I ordered carry out and I told him I had not done so and even had left them a tip in the credit card. Last time I come to this place. Food is ok but much better Thai places in the area. Asking for a plate when they clearly made a mistake on the order is not much to ask."

"They were great in customer service when they first opened and pre-pandemic, but lately they have tightened the ropes. Once I asked that salad be added to a bowl after it was made and I noticed that it had no, but it could not be done as it was not included in this particular bowl. And I always ask for empty bowls because my little children share a bowl and I feel that they hesitate to give it to me. Today, my husband asked for another standard and was told that he would have to pay for it next time. There is a way to be strict, but still great service and a friendly attitude, but the staff here did not find out how to do this. 1/14/23: updated to 5 stars. Your great customer service has been restored!"

"I love this hole in the wall rod/restaurant. I can't give it 5 stars because it is located next to a bunch of car repair shops, so parking can be hard or irregular (can not park in front of a garage door, etc.). I enjoyed the drinks and the food. Everything is clean and I enjoyed my chickens and my margaritas! I love you getting a Margarita pitcher here."
