Goldmoor - GALENA

The dinner was so amazing that we have decided to come back tonight and order the same thing again. It was awesome.

The restaurant has a beautiful setting and offers great food and service. However, we only gave it 4 stars because we encountered a sewage smell in the small bar area where we wanted to start with a cocktail. Despite bringing it to the attention of the servers and the owner, the problem was not resolved. The owner seemed annoyed and oblivious to the issue, which was disappointing as we usually recommend this place to our friends. The servers and chef are amazing, but the unpleasant smell made us hesitant to recommend the restaurant. Fortunately, there are tables away from the bar area where the smell is not a problem. It's unfortunate that the owner did not address the issue properly. We have stayed at the Goldmoor several times and have enjoyed our visits, but this experience has made us reconsider our future visits.

From the moment we arrived at this location and stepped out of our car, we were greeted by its beauty. The dining experience that followed was truly exceptional.

We had class with pasta, and sea bass. Both were excellent. Our server was informative and pleasant. Our only wait was for the check.

This lovely setting was wonderful at sunset.summer Shared entree was delicious.The managers dialogue was “canned”. Brandy Manhattan drink very weak, did not get extra butter as requested, and presented with an appetizer we did not order.
