"Shoutout to the AMAZING owner who helped me today. I had an order mixup and he was so extremely helpful with helping me fix the problem and even sent me home with some doggy donuts. My family absolutely loved all of the donuts and so did my dog. We will definitely be coming back!"

"Today is Tuesday, July 16 3 PM. This is my first time at the New Albany location since I normally go to the one at Bridge Park which I love…but today I was met with unfriendly staff no smiles, no greetings, regretfully I left a tip, I was served cold coffee, asked for it to be microwaved, we don’t do that, she did offer to make a fresh pot, bagel served with out cream cheese as ordered, back to the counter for a third time for a napkin. Overall of the staff needs to make some improvements.I do not like to reward bad service!"

"First time in and it was awesome!!! Clean, staff was pleasant, knowledgeable and fast. Food was amazing. We are from Newark Oh and the trip was quick. We will be back as we could not try everything in one trip."
