What Dawn Bohannon doesn't like about Guacamole Grill:
the carnitas i ordered was literally half fat. there was so much fat on the pork it made it a bit nauseating to eat. the chips and salsa were fresh, and the service was fine; it's the fatty meat that gave it the low score. View all feedback.

"Amazing restaurant in Galesburg IL. Butterscotch Toffee Coffee so smooth and tasty. Lobster Bisque FABULOUS. Peasant Loaf to clean your bowl of Lobster Bisque. Crab cake sliders with salad and a Great dressing. Seafood pot pie. Perfect meal. Lemon Crepe finished it perfectly. Andrew was an excellent server. Kitchen was quick. Food was soooo good. "Came here for the first time last weekend and really enjoyed the atmosphere even though the bar was packed. The food was really good, the scorpion tails are delicious and my steak was amazing. Will be coming back for sure."
