"Always so friendly and welcoming. Food is great, and good sized portions. Usually have the chicken quesadilla platter relish! Also love their borscht, when they have it, and their maple walnut cheesecake (and I'm not usually a dessert person). Just feels homey and comfortable. Lisa, Jen, and the others so cheery!"

"It's definitely my first choice for going to breakfast when we can make it. It gets super busy, especially on weekends. I love the eggs benedict plate and anything from the waffle/pancake section of the menu. Really enjoyable place, and the servers are efficient and friendly. The only downside is that it is fairly spendy for what it is. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5"

"Outdoor or indoor seating. Sat in the sun under umbrella with beautiful view and enjoyed a flight of local cider and snacks. Decided to return or dinner as there were several vegan options on the dinner menu. Great beverages and snacks."

"Wow!! What hospitality, what smiles, and of course the most AMAZING Montreal smoked meat I ever tasted and being from Ottawa , Ontario we have tried some incredible Montreal smoked meat in our day, this is by far the best I have ever experienced . "We were staying in the area for a few days and were told of some nice places for dinner near by. So we drove down to Maple Bay and spottered the café' overlooking the marina. After parking the car, we entered, not just a restaurant, but a marine spectacle. the whole inside is varnished timber, light and airy with all manor of boat and marine bits and pieces, really well done. We were seated outside by our happy waitress who brought Jen and I out hot lemon water and a bottle of honey as we had both picked up colds. She did this from the goodness of her heart. We ordered dinner ( which was delicious) and simply sat back as the sun went down and looked at the boats and the pine covered mountains beyond. Go and enjoy"
