It had been 10 years since my last visit to Galiano, I was happy to see that the food truck was still at the Sturdies Bay Ferry dock.Nasi Goreng is my go to meal and it continues to please.You do have to let them know when you order which ferry you are catching so they have time enough to prepare your meal. read more.

The restaurant is accessible and can therefore also be used with a wheelchair or physical limitations, Depending on the weather conditions, you can also sit outside and be served.

Nice lady Lucy who runs this but the burgers we had were just so-so. Tasted like frozen style grocery store patties. Ask her how to get down to the beach if the tide's right, it's nice on a sunny day to eat on the beach. Only open very limited times which makes it touch and go. read more.

"Always so friendly and welcoming. Food is great, and good sized portions. Usually have the chicken quesadilla platter relish! Also love their borscht, when they have it, and their maple walnut cheesecake (and I'm not usually a dessert person). Just feels homey and comfortable. Lisa, Jen, and the others so cheery!"

"It's definitely my first choice for going to breakfast when we can make it. It gets super busy, especially on weekends. I love the eggs benedict plate and anything from the waffle/pancake section of the menu. Really enjoyable place, and the servers are efficient and friendly. The only downside is that it is fairly spendy for what it is. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5"
