The atmosphere is beyond AMAZING!! Laid back and relaxing, good music, and people playing cards. This was our first time in Galion and visiting 1803. We also toured their distillery... What Highly Doubtthat doesn't like about 1803 Brewery Taproom:
We were looking for a balanced flavor profile, not something overly sweet. The atmosphere was okay, but it felt like walking into someone's basement where you were being scrutinized by the regulars in the back. However, the friendly staff member happily welcomed us and let us sample their beers, which they knew well. We ended up choosing a beer that wasn't brewed on site and had the lowest IBU.
