I've never been a fan of Mexicans until I've eaten here 5 years ago. I was in Gallatin on weekends and got the Chorio Pollo, I was blown away, how good it was. I tried at least a dozen other Mexican restaurants and none of them comes near Cancun Lagoon. So fast to this weekend and finally back to Gallatin, Tn. So it had to be here for dinner. What Richard Chase doesn't like about Cancun Lagoon Mexican:
Our second time there. Food is great. However we were greatly disappointed with the “fried ice cream”. After building it up to our 3kids who had never had it, it came to the table with maybe two tablespoons of ice cream ,some whipped cream and some chocolate syrup on the plate. Look forward to the diverse, delicious Mexican cuisine, traditionally prepared with corn, beans and chilies (hot peppers), there are also delectable vegetarian meals on the menu.
