I've used these Papa Johns a few times since they opened up and I'll never be less than amazing service. My son has an allergy to milk protein so that pizza is not nice to him. We ordered the Shaq O Roni and we got that. First pizza was burned cold and no paprika at the edge of the crust. When we called the lady, we said we had to order it like that. There's confusion about what the advertisement showed and why we ordered first. They sent us a new pizza that was warm, but not yet the exact description as advertised.
