We visited Tiroler Stube again, today. It is always quite full so we were happy to get a table at least inside. It is a cosy, stylish, though quite small place at the heart of Galtur. Some reviewers mention high prices: we think it is in line with other restaurants, and actually on cheaper side. Just try hotels next door. A step back to traditional dining. No reservation, cash only, delicious local food, cosy atmosphere, great service. What's not to like? Such a lovely contrast to the high obtain of Ischgl.
I tried it when I was in Austria! Never had food like this before and I was pleasantly surprised. The service was great. Highly recommended.

Wir sind sehr herzlich empfangen worden und haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt.Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und um uns sehr bemüht. Das Essen war super lecker!!! Die Nachspeise war ein Traum. Immer wieder gerne!!! Ein Muss wen man in Galtür ist!!!
In der Tiroler Stube bekommen Sie für wenig Geld leckere und feine Spezialitäten aus dem Tirol. Das Restaurant ist urchig und im Tiroler Style gehalten. Sauber und gemütlich.
