"We had reservations on Monday July 23rd.arrived at restaurant at appointed time and the notice on the door said they were open Tuesday Sunday. Why would they take a reservation if they knew they were not open on Mondays. Needles to say we were disappointed but drove into Ballston Spa and and found Henry's which was great food and ambience"

"Dunkin is fine as a chain, but this specific store is really a problem. Same problems as others- the staff is always acting extremely rude and full of attitude. I literally just asked where the other part of my mobile order was politely and the girl treated me like I just walked in and was complaining to the manager. They are also out of stuff constantly even first thing in the morning. Go to one of the 4 other Dunkin’s in the city."

"Went in around 7:15 tonight, there was about 2 people in front of my party, and the one employee cutting the meats received an online order, and his attitude changed, because of it. He threw around the meats and cheeses, did everything in a hurry and was smashing things. We left because of his attitude. Was really looking forward to subs from Jersey Mike’s, but this employees attitude made us every uncomfortable."

"Absolutely loved this place. My husband and I were in Saratoga Springs for a concert and walked around and were looking for somewhere to eat when we discovered the brewery. It was very busy, but it was bar seated. The bartenders were very friendly and attentive. We tried a flight of beer and really liked some of them including All In and Pfunk we ordered food and my husband went with shrimp tacos that he said were excellent and I went with bbq pulled pork Mac and cheese that was the best combination of flavors. I ate about half and the rest came back to the hotel. Would definitely come back to Saratoga Springs with friends and go to Druthers, they understood the order for a brewery environment."

"First of all I am very disappointed with this restaurant they served me beef fried rice with human hair it was bad , then they gave me old food I called they came to fast the half of chicken was refried and the egg rolls soaked in grease Food was awful went to Sleep with out eating. Then after I called them they said next time you order we will send you a pint of beef fried rice . He didn?t have Courtesy but that was my dinner and he didn?t say I?ll bring you a dinner tonight he was unthoughtful no professional that?s my bad experience from yesterday ordering at 5 pm they came fast food taste old to be honest. This was January 18 2022"

"Before Covid the food was good, a touch pricey, and staff was friendly. FORGET ABOUT THAT NOW… not only did they discontinue my favorite sandwich, everything has jumped in price and quality of food has face planted to a whole new low. I can justify the price increase if the quality had remained the same but the way it is now, I simply can’t justify spending over $15 for lunch (for only ONE person). Kitchen staff was loudly and rudely yelling at each other about “I need this” and “that’s not MY job to do that”… it made sitting in restaurant an unpleasant experience. I don’t think I’ll be coming back anytime soon."

"Stop in there after looking at some homes in the area. It is nice places, friendly staff and delicious food. If you come out hungry, it 's a you issue not them. They give you plenty of food. If you rather sit back and shoot the S with friends or others you can sit at the bar for an adult beverage. It will not disappoint, in fact we closed and are headed that way tonight to get the key and that 's where we are headed for dinner. Check them out it 's worth the stop."
