Overall, we had a disappointing stay at Glenlo. While some of the staff such as the doormen, reception and bar staff were very friendly, we felt there wasn't a star service. We had some issues with food in the Pullman and when one instance was raised with a waitress the response didn't fill us with confidence. We didn't get the star experience we had expected.
