I was on saturday the 11th of February at the shop. I went in to buy olive oil that I usually get on the shop . The oil was to cold/ frozen so I asked if they had non cold/frozen in the back or storage. I was told by the blond shop tender (male), that the olive oil is always frozen and did not get a proper answer which it us not true, olive oil should never freeze.
