All was fine, just skimpy on meat and chips than what i remember. Order was correct and arrived earlier than scheduled.

Consistency issues. Some orders are very skimpy, others are packed full. Other times chips are stale, the next it will be great. Also generally smaller amounts...

Never puts extra carne asada and little portions for online customers. Sometimes there off on drinks as well. Be careful when ordering.

"Was looking forward to this place opening for a long time, and it's pretty much what I expected and hoped. The environment (inside or outside dining options is really nice; trendy but in a more-comfortable way. The service is terrific (props! and the kitchen is happily accommodating to changes or making existing meals vegan-friendly. Think a new routine for me will be stopping in here for a bite to eat before going to Whole Foods around the corner; might save me money on not shopping hungry, haha! This is the type of not-fully-vegan place I feel comfortable supporting."

"THB is a family favorite for us. The hot breakfast sandwiches are a big step above the major chain options and the closest thing to a NYC bagel joint we have found.I would definitely recommend downloading the app and ordering ahead. The line can get long, especially in the morning and on weekends. They have been consistently on time with orders placed through the app and it's menu and options are intuitive and extensive."

"Waited for food for 40+ mins. Was told at the 35 min mark that they were behind on quarter leg chicken so I was asked if 2 breasts was okay. I said sure since I ordered a half chicken and had been waiting quite a while already which seemed odd since they weren't busy. Less than a third of the tables had patrons and when I ordered, there were maybe 3 tables besides me. I was brought part of my food and was told the fries were behind and would be brought out later. I ate my food which took about 15 mins. Waited about 15 more, and then left because it was clear I was not going to be getting my fries after seeing multiple people that sat down after me get orders that did have fries. The garlic bread was good, but my chicken was overcooked. The server was very busy so I can't reallu fault her too much. She was the only one serving and I saw more than once that she yelling at kitchen staff for behind orders. Overall, I can't say my experience was an enjoyable or even okay one. I was unfortunately disappointed, which is a little disheartening since in general, I like the nandos franchise, but I have to say, I was not impressed with this particular location.
