I was very happy to find a restaurant with many vegetable options on the menu. The ginger wheat gluten was very enjoyable. be aware that some of these items might have beef or fish sauce. I found that John the manager was aware of the needs of vegans and vegetarians. However, he is somewhat vague on terminology.
