"Coffee was terrible. Server was rude. Never asked for my order, just walked to the register and stared blankly. But that's not the bad part that is forgive able. What ISN'T forgive able is the quality of coffee. Gross and terrible. Do not bother! I'm sure several others on vacation in the 1,000 Islands have attempted to find a good local coffee find. Well, Coffee Pot Cathy's AIN'T it."

"I came here for brunch with friends to celebrate after the thousand islands half-marathon and had an absolutely AMAZING dining experience! Our waiter Stef took such great care of our table, answering all the questions I had about the food (and asking the chef when he didn’t know the answer: , making sure we always had our drinks and food (which came out so quick! and making us feel right at home with a great conversation in the midst! The food, drinks, staff, ambiance and location are a FIVE star experience!!!"

"Fast and friendly service. Great food and a great atmosphere. Highly recommend this place. Vegetarian options: If you don't see what you want all you have to do is ask. The cook Wanda or Lou as some called her, will accommodate her customers to the best of her ability. The other cook, Misty is the same way. Kid-friendliness: Food items for the kids and kids treated with respect and understanding by staff. Parking: There is a lot of places to park in the restaurant parking lot. Wheelchair accessibility: Very easy to get your wheelchair into restaurant, no steps. Dietary restrictions: Like before the cooks will accommodate the patrons to the best of their abilities."

"My husband and I stopped here for dessert during our stay in Alexandria Bay. I was impressed at the large variety of candy and ice cream. There were so many fun and old fashioned candies and fudge. They also had a large stock of different Hershey's hard ice cream and over 24 different flavors of soft serve. I had a strawberry soft serve cone and it was fascinating to watch them make it using syrup, a mixer, and some kind of press to get that soft serve swirl look. Something that was truly impressive was that we were there close to closing time and my husband wanted a decaf cappuccino. They could have easily said they couldn't make it, but they went out of their way to make it fresh for him. Definitely a must visit if you are in the area!"
